Linda is an experienced performer who has toured for nearly 30 years, with original songs that weave humor, politics, insight and vision into a reflective tapestry of human experience.

She has released six recordings including her newest, The Long Way Home. Her daughters, Jen and Kristin, weave magical harmonies around their mother's music - then take the lead with their own innovative songs and a contemporary folk flavor.

Jen plays guitar, dulcimer and drums, and currently performs with the Afro-Cuban group, Akimbo. Kristin performs both with her sister and as a solo performer where her wit and original songs are gaining her a strong following in local coffee houses.

The girls have performed their act at Bellingham's Pacific Arts Festival, Traditions Folk Club in Olympia, and the Second Sunday concert series in Seattle. They are currently working on their first CD.

"What happened was as close to magic as I've ever seen in a concert. The songs were wonderful: lyrics about love, life, death, historical figures of Washington State, looking for God and social justice, all set to melodies that I hummed for days afterwards. It was simply the best creative output that I've seen in a long time."

- Kurt Liebezeit, Portland Folklore Society
